Here’s 7 Tips To Lose Your Arm
Fats
Flabby arms are some disturbing addition to a
person’s body. Especially for women, having fat arms make them
embarrassed and suffer from low self-esteem. In order to lose
arm fats, you need the combination of food planning and arm
exercises.
It is easier to get rid of flabby arms than
love handles. With enough persistence, discipline and the right
diet, you should not have trouble losing your arm fats.
In this article, let me share with you 7 tips
to get rid of your fat arms right away:
1. Control your diet. The food that
you eat usually is the main culprit why you have fat arms.
Therefore, you need to watch what you eat and reduce your
overall body fat. Do not take food with high calories.
Drink more water, eat more vegetables and fruits.
2. Diamond pushups. Diamond pushups
are effective way to tone your arms, especially your
triceps. Use your fingers to create a diamond shape while
doing your sets of pushups. You should do at least 4 sets a
day, with 20 pushups per set.
3. Weight lifting. This is one of
the best techniques to get firm arms. When you lift
weights, you should focus on exercises that work out your
biceps and triceps. If you are new to weight lifting, start
off with light weights. Your objective is not to create big
muscles - you just want to tone your arms and make them
look firm. Therefore, you can do lighter weights but with
high repetitions. Take it easy at the start as sudden
lifting of weights can cause injury.
4. Try parallel bar. Visit any
fitness corner and you should be able to find a parallel
bar. Parallel bar is a good tool to train your triceps and
make your arms look firm. So move through the parallel bar
for at least 3 times whenever you visit the park. You can
also do triceps dips with it - just be careful while
doing.
5. Stretch your arms regularly. Take
some time to stretch your arms every hour to relieve muscle
fatigue and allow your blood to circulate.
6. Rowing machine. Rowing is a great
way to work out your whole body. It increases your
metabolism rate for faster weight loss and trains up your
arms to make them look firmer.
7. Running. Running is one of the
best cardio exercises to burn fat. You should run at least
3 times a week, with each session lasting for at least 45
minutes, so that you can reduce your overall body fat and
make your arms look thinner.
It is not hard to lose the fats on your arms.
Follow the tips above and do it with discipline.
