the following sentences:

2. If I fail to do so, ___________________.
Example:
1. I want to lose 20 lbs.
2. If I fail to do so, I will be fat and ugly
forever.
After you have written these down on a piece of
paper, you need to place the paper somewhere that you will see
it everyday. One possible place is at the top of your computer
screen which you will be able to see it whenever you are
working.
When you are writing down the consequence, be
sure to be brutally honest with yourself. Only be being honest
with yourself, you will be able to achieve your goal of losing
weight.
By looking at this piece of paper everyday, it
will activate your brain and your brain will try to and figure
out a way to achieve your goal. As you have also written down
the pain if you fail, your brain will start to associate pain
with what you have written down and it will force you to try
your very best to avoid the pain. This will make you work hard
to lose weight.
For example, if you have a beer belly and have
been asked to go to the beach, you will feel embarrassed about
your belly fat right? If you came up with an excuse not to go
to the beach, that is because your brain is subconsciously
trying to avoid the pain of being in a swimsuit and feeling
embarrassed.
Therefore, if you see the pain that will happen

out loud everyday to maintain the motivation inside you.
