gaining weight. Do not be surprised that even though you have
been exercising regularly, you can still gain weight if you are
eating very badly. So both exercise and diet are required to
really get rid of your stomach fat effectively.
For your diet, you need to adjust it so that
you are burning more calories than you consume. Take in food
that speeds up metabolism rate so as to increase your body’s
fat burning process.
You should also try taking in 5 - 6 small meals
every day instead of 3 big meals. Take note that you should not
skip breakfast because you will tend to overeat during
lunch.
The key to losing stomach fat is actually quite
simple - exercise and eat well. Reduce the calories that you
eat with small amounts of food, and perform regular exercises
to help burn fat.
